Pauline Janse is werkzaam als klinisch psycholoog en senior onderzoeker bij Pro Persona. Haar onderzoek richt zich op algemene factoren die de behandeluitkomsten beïnvloeden, waaronder het gebruik van systematische clientfeedback (ROM) en de verschillen tussen therapeuten in hoe effectief zij zijn. Ze heeft diverse publicaties op haar naam staan, waaronder kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve studies over het effect van het gebruik van client feedback, implementatie van client feedback en kenmerken van effectieve en minder effectieve therapeuten. Zij maakt deel uit van het Measurement Based Personalized Care (MBPC) consortium.
