Suzan Oudejans is onderzoeker en adviseur op het gebied van routine outcome monitoring (ROM) en effectiviteit. In 2009 rondde ze haar proefschrift over leren van ROM in de verslavingszorg af. Ze is daarnaast gespecialiseerd in methodologie, statistiek, vragenlijstconstructie, stigma en preventie; en auteur van een aantal hoofdstukken en publicaties over ROM en benchmarken. Daarnaast is ze docent Onderzoeksvaardigheden bij RINO Amsterdam. 
 
Suzan is (mede)eigenaar van onderzoeks- en adviesbureau Mark Bench. Het bureau is gespecialiseerd in ROM en benchmarking in de GGZ.
